  • Name: the student's legal name
  • Username: the student's login name for a school account
  • Password: the password for a school account
  • Email address: the student's email address
  • Grade level: the student's current grade
  • Enrollment information: records of the student's enrollment at Roots
  • Teacher or counselor names: the names of the student's teachers or counselor
  • Courses and class schedule: the student's courses and class times
  • School student ID: the number Roots assigns to the student
  • State student ID (SSID): the number the state assigns to the student
  • Test results and survey answers: the student's test scores and survey answers
  • Assignment scores: scores on class assignments
  • In-app performance: the student's results inside an app
  • Student work: work the student creates
  • IP address and cookies: the network address and browser data an app records
  • App usage data: records of how the student uses an app
  • Birthdate: the student's date of birth
  • Attendance: days and classes the student attends or misses
  • Transcript and course grades: the student's final grades and credits
